Requirements

Current and active Medication Administration Training Certification in Pennsylvania.
Current Medication Technician certification.
CPR certification.
First Aid certification.
Genuine care for others.

Responsibilities

Bathe residents and assist them with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Monitor stock levels of equipment and other supplies to ensure they are available on premises to meet residents' needs.
Recommend changes in techniques or procedures to support cost-effective and efficient operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or administration.
Work as a team player and function independently, with flexibility and personal integrity.
Work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
Show genuine care and interest in maintaining and enhancing a positive physical, emotional, and psychosocial environment for residents, visitors, and personnel.
Relate to and work with residents who are ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally unstable, or volatile.
