About The Position

Cascade Health Services is seeking Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) with great attitudes and top-notch dependability for flexible shifts in various healthcare settings including long-term care, rehab, assisted living, and hospitals. We are looking to hire 15 full-time employees (30-50 hours weekly) and up to 10 part-time employees (8-24 hours weekly) to begin working within 1-2 weeks. We offer competitive pay, significant flexibility, and daily pay options.

Requirements

• Active CNA or CMT certification (Missouri)
• Current BLS/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• TB Test (MO requires 2-step), IGRA, or chest X-ray (assistance available)
• Recent experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor resident/patient responses to medications.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Provide basic care as needed within the scope of practice.
