About The Position
The Lakewood Courtyard, located in the heart of Lakewood’s Orthodox Jewish community, is a Glatt Kosher assisted living community that offers older adults and families the opportunity to explore different levels of support within one connected setting. The Lakewood Courtyard is looking for compassionate and dependable Med Techs to join our assisted living team!
Requirements
- Current and valid CMA certification.
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication procedures
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Understanding and respect for the aging process.
Responsibilities
- Administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations.
- Provide compassionate personal care, assistance, and supervision to residents.
- Follow individualized care plans and help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
- Work collaboratively under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Wellness Director, or supervisor.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents while creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
- Communicate with residents, families, and team members to ensure exceptional care.
