About The Position
Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA/CMT) to assist with administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician and under the direction of the department director. Medication administration must comply with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as direction from the department director or supervisor, to maintain high-quality care. The role advances a resident-first approach. Employees treat the Community as the residents’ home, help create a home-like environment, and model person-centered care. The position starts at $18.00 per hour, with shift and weekend differentials through a premium pay plan and additional pay based on experience.
Requirements
- Hold a current Certified Medication Aide certificate in accordance with state law.
Responsibilities
