This role involves delivering quality care consistent with the scope of practice outlined by the local state, assuming responsibility and accountability for care delivered during work hours, and ensuring a safe environment for staff and patients. Requirements
- Must possess a current and valid CMA certificate.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Correctional or behavioral desired but not required.
Responsibilities
- Delivers quality care consistent within the scope of practice as outlined by the local state.
- Assumes responsibility and accountability for the quality of care delivered during work hours.
- Works to ensure a safe environment for themselves, the patient and other staff members.
- Works in accordance with local practice acts and regulations, and functions to other competent nursing personnel appropriate to their scope of practice.
