Requirements

  • Must possess a current active license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Iowa.
  • Must possess a current active certification to practice as a Certified Medication Aide (CNA) in Iowa.
  • A compassionate, kind, and respectful nature with a true servant’s heart

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in nursing care is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care to residents, under the guidance of the nurse and alongside your supportive team
  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene
  • Promptly respond to resident requests and provide care according to their unique care plans
  • Maintain accurate charts and effective communication with your team to ensure the best care outcomes
  • Uphold residents' rights and dignity at all times
