About The Position

The role supports patient preparation and diagnostic procedures, helps coordinate clinic operations, and maintains accurate records. The position is located in El Paso, Texas, and is full-time.
Requirements
- Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to outstanding patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a clinical or diagnostic imaging setting.
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for exams, take vital signs, and document medical histories.
- Assist physicians and technologists during diagnostic procedures.
- Coordinate patient flow and maintain accurate medical records.
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked and sterilized.
- Manage patient communications and follow-up tasks.
- Support front desk staff as needed with scheduling and patient intake.
