About The Position

Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is hiring a full-time, onsite Certified Medical Assistant in Phoenix, Arizona. The role supports patients experiencing knee pain and contributes to a comfortable, efficient patient experience in a fast-paced, positive, patient-focused environment. The Medical Assistant monitors new-patient scheduling and wait times, manages check-ins, prepares injection supplies, routes patients, and collects relevant information. The role also assists the physician during procedures, follows sanitation and procedure-room protocols, and manages medical inventory to keep the facility stocked and organized.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant certification.
• At least two years of medical assistant experience.
• Proficiency with medical software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact empathetically with patients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the new-patient schedule and overall patient wait times.
• Manage patient check-ins.
• Prepare injection supplies.
• Route patients and collect relevant information.
• Assist the physician during procedures by providing necessary supplies.
• Follow proper sanitation and procedure-room protocols.
• Manage medical inventory and ensure the facility is stocked and organized.
