About The Position
Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is seeking a full-time, onsite Certified Medical Assistant in Phoenix, Arizona. The role supports a comfortable and efficient patient experience in a fast-paced, positive, patient-focused environment. The Medical Assistant helps patients dealing with knee pain and supports the physician during procedures while contributing to patient satisfaction and quality care.
Requirements
- Medical Assistant certification is required.
- At least two years of medical assistant experience.
- Proficiency with medical software and tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact empathetically with patients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the new-patient schedule, manage check-ins, and monitor patient wait times.
- Prepare injection supplies and route patients.
- Collect relevant patient information to streamline processes.
- Assist the physician during procedures by providing necessary supplies.
- Follow sanitation practices and procedure-room protocols.
- Manage medical inventory and ensure the facility is stocked and organized.
