About The Position

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) supports patient care at FryeCare Neurology, helping connect patients and providers while delivering efficient, compassionate care with a positive attitude. The role involves identifying patient needs, providing care appropriate to each patient’s condition and age, and documenting medical necessity accurately and promptly in the medical record.

FryeCare Neurology provides specialized care for conditions affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system, using advanced methods to diagnose and manage neurological disorders. The clinic’s services include evaluation and treatment for a range of neurological conditions and studies such as carotid and extremity Doppler studies, Holter monitoring, memory testing, nerve conduction studies, and EMG procedures.

The schedule is five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. The job location type is listed as FryeCare Neurology.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification through the AAMA or NHA must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
