About The Position

Frontier Dermatology is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support providers and patients at its Seattle Northgate and Edmonds locations. The role is suited to someone who enjoys assisting with procedures, learning a specialty, and performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Medical assistants help provide patient care and contribute to the practice’s operational success.

The typical schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The listed wage range is $25.00–$32.00 per hour; pay depends on factors including work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability.

Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Assistant through the Washington State Department of Health.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months of related healthcare experience, or trade school equivalent.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Room patients.
• Assist providers with procedures.
• Provide patient education.
• Perform daily patient-care tasks.
