About The Position

This role involves coordinating patient visits by preparing treatment environments and conducting initial screenings. The Certified Medical Assistant will capture patient stories by accurately documenting vital signs and care journeys, providing the medical team with high-quality data for clinical decisions. They will also facilitate essential treatments by transcribing and processing orders for labs and imaging, and support the clinical flow by managing front-of-house communications and maintaining medical supplies.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Cross accepted.
Certified Medical Assistant obtained within 4 Months (120 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Approved credentialing bodies include, but may not be limited to: American Medical Technologists, National Healthcare Assoc, National Center for Competency Testing, National Assoc for Health Professionals and American Assoc of Medical Assistants.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
