About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join its growing hospice company full-time in the Middlesex / Somerset County, New Jersey region. The role provides in-home care to a census of 5–6 patients, supporting daily living, personal care, mobility, exercise, meals, and light housekeeping. The aide reports changes in patients’ conditions to the Nurse.

Requirements

• Must have a New Jersey State CHHA license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Care for a census of 5–6 patients.
• Provide or assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth care, skin care, and nail care.
• Assist with toileting, positioning, transfers, and frequent turning and positioning of bed-bound patients.
• Assist with prescribed exercise and range-of-motion activities taught to the patient and hospice aide by the Hospice Nurse.
• Assist with light housekeeping in the patient’s personal unit or room, including changing bed linens and doing the patient’s laundry.
• Feed and assist patients with meals.
• Report changes in a patient’s condition to the Nurse.
