About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides to care for clients in the areas surrounding Wilmington, Delaware. Home Health Aides provide personal care and assistance with daily activities, exercises, transfers, vital sign checks, ambulation, and household tasks. Requirements
- A Delaware Home Health Aide certification is required.
- Provide proof of at least 75 hours of training.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Help clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
