About The Position
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a valued member of our growing team. This is a 0.5 FTE position, meaning 40 hours bi-weekly, with 10-hour shifts. The schedule includes every other Saturday and every other holiday. Scheduling is flexible and unit-specific, with no fixed or permanent schedules. The clinic is located in Onalaska.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months patient care experience
- Current BLS CPR certification
- LPN licensure to practice in the State of Wisconsin
- Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required
