Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months patient care experience
- Current BLS CPR certification
- LPN licensure to practice in the State of Wisconsin (for LPN role)
- Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required
Responsibilities
- 0.5 FTE. 40 hours bi-weekly
- 10-hour shifts with every other Saturday and every other holiday scheduled
- Flexible, unit-specific scheduling—no fixed or permanent schedules
