About The Position

BBG, Inc. is seeking a Certified General Appraiser in Chicago, Illinois, to join its expanding team. BBG is an independent valuation, environmental, and property condition assessment firm with more than 50 offices nationwide, providing commercial valuation and assessment services throughout the real estate asset lifecycle. The appraiser will work with experienced valuation professionals on diverse commercial real estate assignments. The role focuses on delivering high-quality valuation services, developing client relationships, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment. Requirements

Active Certified General (CG) Appraiser license.
Relevant commercial real estate valuation experience.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with appraisal software, Microsoft Office applications, and industry research tools.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
