About The Position

BBG, Inc. is seeking a Certified General Appraiser in Detroit, Michigan, to join its expanding team. BBG is an independent U.S. firm providing valuation, environmental, and property condition assessment services, with more than 50 offices nationwide. The role offers the opportunity to work with experienced valuation professionals on a diverse range of commercial real estate assignments and contribute to the company’s growth. The appraiser will support valuation, assessment, and consulting assignments across various commercial property types while delivering high-quality services and developing client relationships.

Requirements

• Active Certified General (CG) Appraiser license.
• Relevant commercial real estate valuation experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with appraisal software, Microsoft Office applications, and industry research tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities
