About The Position

The position supports daily production by ensuring correct materials are supplied to the line, inventory is accurately managed, finished goods are properly palletized, cullet is maintained, and work areas are kept clean and organized.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Basic understanding of scanning systems (SAP or similar)
• Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lb)
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

• Follow process instructions
• Read and follow the process sheet for each job
• Perform all tasks according to job specifications
• Material handling and inventory control
• Pull and deliver the correct material to the correct production line
• Verify materials match the process sheet before use
• Scan materials to the proper locations as required
• Maintain accurate material movement and inventory integrity
• Palletizing
• Palletize finished product from the cold end according to standards
• Ensure pallets are stacked safely, securely, and meet quality expectations
• Cullet management
• Empty cullet dumpsters throughout the shift as needed
• Prevent overflow and maintain a safe, clean area around cullet stations
• Work area maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Remove unused materials, trash, and debris during the shift
• Ensure area is cleaned and reset before shift end
