The Certified Enrollment Counselor will perform community outreach activities, assist individuals and families with applications for various health coverage and assistance programs, and conduct eligibility screenings. This role involves developing outreach materials, making presentations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of special funding for outreach programs. The position also requires assisting with sliding scale applications and re-certifications, and performing other assigned duties.
