About The Position
This position is for a Certified English Tutor at Oak Forest High School, effective for the 2026-27 school year. The job goal is to develop in each student an understanding and appreciation of language arts, especially in the area of literature.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Language Arts or a related subject area.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Responsibilities
- Tutors secondary pupils in language arts, utilizing the course of study adopted by the Board of Education and appropriate curriculum publications as guidelines in addressing individual course content.
