With a competitive pay range of $18.00 to $27.00 per hour, plus PM and weekend shift differentials, this position rewards your dedication and excellence. As a Certified Dialysis Technician, you can expect a fulfilling and structured daily routine that focuses on delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include preparing and monitoring patients for dialysis treatments, ensuring equipment is functioning optimally, and maintaining a sterile environment. You'll engage with patients compassionately, providing support and education throughout their treatment. Your schedule will be full-time, five days a week rotating Saturdays, with Sundays off. You'll have the flexibility of AM and PM shift options, and your shifts can vary between 8, 10, or 12 hours. Overtime opportunities are also available, allowing you to maximize your working hours and experience. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current CCHT or CHT certification (Bonent or NNCC)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Proficiency in measuring and recording patient vitals
  • Proficiency in setting up, tearing down, and monitoring hemodialysis machines
  • Familiarity with EMR documentation systems, such as Clarity
  • Solid understanding of OSHA guidelines, infection control, and proper use of PPE
  • Strong patient education and communication skills

  • 3+ months dialysis experience
