About The Position

Phoenician HomeCare is hiring in-home caregivers/CNAs to provide non-medical support to seniors in the North Valley area, including North Phoenix, Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, and Fountain Hills. The role helps clients maintain independence and quality of life at home while supporting their safety and comfort and giving families peace of mind. The agency offers consistent scheduling with shifts of at least four hours, with flexible hours based on caregiver availability. Caregivers use mobile tools to manage schedules and visits and receive support from the office team.

Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Availability for daytime and/or overnight shifts.
• Ability to work at least four-hour blocks.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior caregiving or similar experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping and prepare simple meals.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Help with errands or attend appointments when needed.
