About The Position

VOSH is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time work providing personalized, one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and surrounding communities. The role involves helping seniors and building meaningful relationships while delivering quality in-home care.

Morning and day shifts are available, including 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. VOSH serves clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and availability for additional days, some evenings, or weekends is a plus. Greater scheduling and travel flexibility may lead to regular, ongoing client assignments. Some client locations may offer higher hourly compensation. A $5 gas stipend per shift may be available when gas prices reach a specified weekly threshold.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Caregiver certification.
• At least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience.
• Current TB clearance.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client homes and transportation of clients when needed.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly.
• Willingness to travel 20 or more miles each way when needed.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to client care.
