About The Position

VOSH is hiring compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time work providing personalized, one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and surrounding communities. The role involves supporting seniors and building meaningful relationships while delivering quality care in clients’ homes.

Potential morning shifts are 7:00 AM–12:00 PM, and day shifts are 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. VOSH serves clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and offers varied scheduling needs. Additional availability for days, some evenings, or weekends is a plus. Greater schedule flexibility and willingness to travel to different client locations may increase the potential for regular, ongoing assignments. Some client locations may offer higher hourly compensation.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Caregiver certification.
• At least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience.
• Current TB clearance.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for traveling to client homes and transporting clients when needed.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly.
• Willingness to travel 20 or more miles each way when needed.
• A compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to client care.
