About The Position
Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate and motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join their growing team. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings, focusing on helping children build skills, gain independence, and reach their full potential. The position is currently focused on home and school-based cases in Aberdeen, Washington, with potential future opportunities for hybrid or virtual services for high-performing individuals. Requirements
- Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
- Willingness to provide in-person services
Nice To Haves
- Previous ABA therapy experience
- Two or more years of experience working with children
- Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
- Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
- Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
- Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
