Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) | Virtual Opportunities | Home & School-Based ABA
About The Position
Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate and motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join their growing team. The company provides high-quality ABA services aimed at helping children develop essential skills, enhance their independence, and achieve their full potential. Initially, CBTs will work with in-person clients in home or school settings. As the virtual program expands, there will be opportunities for high-performing, reliable, and clinically ready CBTs to transition into hybrid or virtual service delivery. Virtual services are not guaranteed at the time of hire and may not be the initial assignment.
Requirements
- Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous ABA therapy experience
- Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
- Reliable transportation for in-person services
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
- Willingness to begin with in-person services
- Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to client care
Nice To Haves
- Previous telehealth ABA experience
- Previous in-home or school-based ABA experience
- Two or more years of experience working with children
- Interest in hybrid or virtual ABA services
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Begin with in-home or school-based services
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
- Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
- Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families
- As virtual opportunities become available, potentially provide hybrid or virtual ABA services
- Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Benefits
