About The Position

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate and motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join their growing team. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings, focusing on helping children build skills, gain independence, and reach their full potential. The position is based in the greater Lakewood area and offers flexible scheduling. Opportunities for hybrid or virtual services may become available for high-performing CBTs.

Requirements

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
• Willingness to provide in-person services

Nice To Haves

• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
• Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
