About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join its team at Franciscan Health Lafayette East in Lafayette, Indiana, supporting growing demand for anesthesia services. The position joins a group of 15 providers serving a broad range of patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The CAA II works with anesthesiologists under the Medical Direction Model to help ensure safe anesthesia administration during surgery and gastroenterology procedures. The role provides care before, during, and after anesthesia and educates patients about anesthesia, including possible contraindications and side effects. The position offers a physician-led team approach and a large variety of case types, including orthopedics, ENT, healthy pediatrics, GYN, neuro, general surgery, urology, plastics, reconstructive, and vascular procedures. No call or travel is required. Requirements

Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) qualification.
Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and staff members.
