Anesthesiologist
About The Position
The Sundance Division of USAP is seeking a full-time anesthesiologist to join a collegial, team-focused group in Southwest Fort Worth. This role involves covering THR Southwest Hospital, THR Clearfork Hospital, and the Texas Health Joint Replacement Surgery Center. The position offers a collaborative care-team model with opportunities for solo posting, minimal daily travel between facilities, and a flexible, equitably shared time-off model with balanced scheduling and shift-trading flexibility. Case types include total joints, ortho spine, general orthopedics, vascular, OB, GYN, urology, general surgery, and plastics. The role does not involve pediatrics or cardiac cases. Responsibilities include rotating among all division facilities, performing in-house night coverage at THR Southwest with a CRNA team, and routinely performing epidural, spinal, and regional blocks. USAP emphasizes a supportive culture, fair workload distribution, strong leadership, and excellent hospital relationships.
