Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant
About The Position
Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is seeking to hire FULL TIME Certified Anesthesiologists Assistants (CAAs) to join their team. This role offers a variety of schedule options, 8 weeks of time off, and a 4-6 week mentorship/orientation period. There are unique opportunities to teach and/or mentor S-AAs through the local MHSA program (VCOM – Carolinas Campus). The Anesthesia care team covers multiple areas including OR, Endo, Cath Lab, L&D, MRI & IR with anesthesia tech support across 4 facilities with diverse case mixes. The system is a Level 1 Trauma Center with over 19,000 cases annually and utilizes EPIC EMR. This institution is also PSLF Approved.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited anesthesiologist assistant educational program.
- Must be a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA).
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in OR, Endo, Cath Lab, L&D, MRI & IR.
- Work within a diverse case mix at multiple facilities.
- Teach and/or mentor S-AAs through the local MHSA program.
