Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)
- Eligibility for Nevada licensure
- Must meet hospital credentialing requirements

- Guide best practices nationwide, share resources across the USAP network, and ensure CAA perspectives shape organizational decisions at the highest level.
- Direct input into practice operations and clinical protocols.

- Shape the future of CAA practice in Nevada and influence how the role develops in this new market.
- Attend National USAP leadership conferences for broader learning and networking.
- Participate in Women in Healthcare group monthly gatherings.
