About The Position

This is a rare opportunity to build something from scratch with heavy VC backing! As the company's leader, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a new managed services entity. You already have clients lined up from one platform, and you may grow to serve other platforms and operators in the future. You will define the foundations - the structure, the processes, the team, and the commercial model - and then scale it into a leading operational partner for gaming operators across markets. You see AI as a tool you can use to enhance performance and efficiency. You are hands-on, strategic, and tech-savvy builder: you take ownership instinctively, and have the experience and drive to turn a vision into a well-functioning, growing business. You will have the mindset to scale, the understanding and ability to hire the right team, and to delegate responsibilities of key functions as the company takes form.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in iGaming operations across casino and sportsbook
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Hands-on mentality - comfortable doing the work yourself in the early stages
  • Strong understanding of KYC/AML requirements and the regulatory landscape
  • Tech-savvy with genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation, and scalable systems
  • Commercially minded with the ability to structure service agreements
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Malta

  • Experience setting up or scaling a business or business unit is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Establish the legal and operational entity in Malta
  • Design and implement all core operational processes across functions
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop the initial team (4 core members initially)
  • Build the operational infrastructure with scalability in mind from day one
  • Configure services to meet individual client operational needs
  • Develop and manage commercial terms, pricing models, and SLAs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services as the client base grows
  • Use AI, automation and structured workflows to optimise service delivery across its managed services functions
  • Lead the integration of AI agents and automation tools
  • Ensure the required AI and automation capabilities are either developed internally, sourced from specialist vendors, or delivered through strategic technology partnerships
  • Stay at the forefront of developments in AI-driven customer support and compliance automation
  • Define the technology stack and vendor relationships underpinning service delivery
