About The Position

As a CEO Advisor, you serve as the executive partner helping owners think and operate like CEOs while building scalable, accountable businesses. You will partner directly with law firm owners to build and execute business growth strategies, improve operations, systems, and accountability, strengthen cash flow, profitability, and financial performance, support hiring, structure, and leadership development, coach owners through key business decisions, and help firms transition from owner-dependent to scalable operations. This is hands-on executive leadership across multiple businesses—not traditional consulting.

Requirements

  • Experienced business operators
  • Direct experience working with P&Ls ranging from $500K to $50M in revenue
  • Owned or operated a business
  • Held full P&L responsibility or direct financial accountability
  • Built teams, systems, and organizational structure
  • Improved profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency
  • Coached or influenced business owners or senior leaders
  • Backgrounds include: CEO, COO, President, General Manager, Founder, Owner, Operations Director, or EOS Integrator
  • Must reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA
