About The Position

The Centralized Service Coordinator is part of the General RV Center's commitment to providing an industry-leading ownership experience to our customers. While this role is not customer facing, they are the voice of our service department, taking care of a range of service requests and setting the tone for the customer's future appointment.   • Possess capacity to accurately handle and document a high volume of incoming calls

Responsibilities

  • Answers service phone calls to our dedicated scheduling line and books appointments.
  • Responds professionally and politely to customer inquiries and if necessary transfers them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  • Responds to online service appointment requests using the customer's preferred method of contact and schedules appointments as needed.
  • Works in Keep You Camping critical appointments and resolves any scheduling conflicts.
  • Confirms appointments.
  • Compiles daily/weekly/monthly reporting and trend analysis.
  • Inputs customer data into company system.
  • Acts as an extension of the General RV locations working with the leadership teams to cohesively support the service team and the customer.
  • Collaborates with the Manager of Service Training and Communication on establishing and achieving monthly goals.
  • Follows the procedure of the Keep You Camping™ program.
