Centralized Processor
About The Position
The Centralized Processor prepares consumer, commercial, and residential real estate loan documents, including early disclosures, closing documents, and renewal documents. The role supports lenders and loan assistants by completing requested documents in a timely manner and ordering flood determinations for real estate loans in accordance with bank policy. The processor also prepares denials in compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements, and works with the Loan Operations Manager, Senior Centralized Processor, Quality Review personnel, and Compliance Officer to help ensure compliance with applicable bank policies and laws. The position performs other assigned work-related duties and follows applicable laws and regulations, including BSA requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Prepare consumer or commercial documents requested by lenders or loan assistants in a timely manner.
- Prepare residential real estate early disclosures and closing documents upon request from a loan assistant or lender.
- Order flood determinations for all real estate loans in accordance with bank policy.
- Assist lenders and loan assistants when called upon.
- Prepare denials in compliance with bank policy and regulatory law.
- Work with the Loan Operations Manager, Senior Centralized Processor, Quality Review personnel, and Compliance Officer to support compliance with bank policy and applicable regulatory, state, and federal laws.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Perform job duties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including BSA.
