Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality required.
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints and handle high pressure and changing priorities required.

  • Valid drivers’ license, insurance, and vehicle required.
  • Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment required.
  • Must talk, hear, and sit more than two-thirds of the day.
  • Using hands occurs over two-thirds of the day, while reaching with arms occurs less than one-third of the day.
  • Communicating is required over two-thirds of the day, while climbing, stooping, or crawling is minimal.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a community health setting preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration, or equivalent experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicates with all levels in the organization utilizing verbal, written, and active listening skills.
  • Provides leadership to assigned staff, including, hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development and clearly articulating expectations, goals, and feedback.
  • Manages Staffing Coordinators, Float/Locum clinical employees and OSS functionality, providing support to the clinic administrators.
  • Models and ensures patient-centered care is delivered by all team members.
  • Works in collaboration with Clinic Administrators, Directors of Operations and VP of Operations to ensure adequate staffing, patient access, and operations of CHAS Health clinics.
  • Responsible for operational efficiency for staffing coordination, float and locum teams, which includes process improvements, resource management, workflow management, and ensuring department goals are achieved.
  • Maintains a safe and respectful environment and supports organizational goals related to patient and employee satisfaction.
  • Completes regular float and locum staffing analysis for all CHAS Health clinics ensuring quality customer service and consistent access for patients.
  • Manages team budget to ensure financial viability.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values.
