About The Position

21st Century Equipment, LLC is hiring a Centralized Field Service Advisor to support and coordinate field service operations across our dealership network. This role assists with daily service operations, technician dispatching, and process improvement to support customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a John Deere Service Department
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate individuals and teams
  • Working knowledge of standard job pricing and commission‑based compensation
  • Basic understanding of service department financial principles
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Regularly lift up to 50 lbs
  • Extended periods of computer use

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch Centralized Field Service Technicians across the 21st Century Equipment organization
  • Process and manage daily work orders
  • Assist with supervising service department personnel
  • Maintain service department processes to support customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Monitor MST usage for accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with maintaining service department assets and appearance
  • Track technician performance and production to support monthly goals
