Requirements

High School Diploma required.
MS Office proficiency.
Basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry).
Basic math skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality, and customer service skills.
Excellent multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment.
Bi-Lingual In Spanish and English required.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience in medical reception.
Previous history with and working knowledge of insurance benefits.
Previous administrative duties experience.
Previous customer service experience.
Previous office experience.

Responsibilities

Answer phones pleasantly.
Schedule patients via online chat, phone, email, text, and fax.
Interact with patients and referral sources over the phone.
Work with internal teams and Regional Office Coordinators to assist with customer service and scheduling efforts.
Learn and navigate through 2 EMR systems.
Schedule patients for all 34 locations in both NJ and PA.
Accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures.
Ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.
Demonstrate amazing Customer Service and maintain HIPAA Compliance.
