About The Position
Under general supervision and according to established procedures, the Central Sterile Supply Tech assembles and delivers case carts, crash carts, and other emergency carts using established pick lists. The role also restocks unused returned supplies, alerts appropriate personnel about low or depleted supplies, and routes customer issues to the appropriate personnel using standard customer service practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a Sterile Processing program.
- Three months of experience working in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Experience with Epic.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and deliver case carts, crash carts, and other emergency carts according to established pick lists.
- Restock unused, returned supplies.
- Notify appropriate personnel about low or stocked-out supplies.
- Route customer issues to the appropriate personnel using standard customer service practices.
