About The Position
Under general supervision and according to established procedures, the Central Sterile Supply Tech assembles and delivers case carts, crash carts, and other emergency carts according to established pick lists. The role restocks unused and returned supplies, notifies appropriate personnel about low or out-of-stock supplies, and provides standard customer service by routing customer issues to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a Sterile Processing program preferred.
- Three months of experience working in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.
- Experience with Epic preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and deliver case carts, crash carts, and other emergency carts according to established pick lists.
- Restock unused and returned supplies.
- Notify appropriate personnel of low or out-of-stock supplies.
