About The Position
Prepares, distributes, and controls sterile and non-sterile supplies, equipment, and instrumentation. Assists the patient care team in providing and maintaining the customer-service focus essential for smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Certification as a Certified Registered Central Services Technician (CRCST).
- Ability to effectively convey verbal and written information and follow directions.
- Ability to adapt hours of availability to variable and changing hospital needs, including all shifts.
- Ability to function effectively as a member of a collaborative team.
- Ability to organize and manage time effectively and set appropriate priorities.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and accept responsibility for assisting with on-the-job training of new team members.

Responsibilities
