As a Central Sterile Processing Associate, you’ll be an essential member of the surgical team, responsible for preparing and sterilizing the instruments that support life-changing procedures. With no prior experience required for entry-level roles and clear pathways for advancement within Central Sterile Processing and Surgical Services, this position offers both immediate impact and long-term career growth. This position will work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with on call weekend and holiday coverage as needed. Training will be required for mid-shift, starting at either 9am or 10am. Shift times will be discussed in detail with the hiring manager. Purpose: To be trained to perform duties necessary for the proper decontamination, cleaning, inspection, assembly, packaging, sterilization, storage, distribution and documentation of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment according to established procedures.
