We have an exciting opportunity for a Central Services Assistant located in Fond du Lac, WI.

Requirements

  • One to three years of administrative work experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Technically inclined to learn industry-specific software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone coverage for all Ahern offices.
  • Process and distribute mail and UPS for the Fond du Lac offices.
  • Multitask on various projects including general mailings, downloading, printing, and scanning large-format plans, printing and distributing project status reports, and filing.
  • Identify ways to make the department run more efficiently.
  • Work alongside customers and members at all levels of the organization by providing top-notch customer service.
