About The Position

Maintains supply stock locations and receives, processes, and delivers supply orders. Builds orders for stock replenishment, replenishes crash carts and trays, and maintains and cleans stock locations. Disinfects, stores, and delivers movable medical equipment. Loads and unloads materials in a warehouse or storage facility and uses hand trucks, forklifts, or other handling equipment to move materials. Requires appropriate licenses to operate a motor vehicle to transport passengers or property. Participates in physical inventory and cycle counts, validates access permissions, and checks in approved vendors. Works under immediate supervision and reports to a Supply Chain manager or supervisor. Assists with other duties as assigned to support Central Supply and Materials Management departments.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience with cycle counts and inventory of medical supplies.
• Experience using computerized warehouse management systems (WMS).

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Report stock shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain isolation and crash cart supplies at assigned levels.
• Restock the warehouse, rotate stock, and return empty pallets to receiving.
• Maintain current and accurate PAR cart sheets with new supplies and bin locations.
• Sticker patient-charge supplies and keep CDM numbers updated.
• Perform related duties as required.
