This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient plasma collections. The role involves supervising daily activities in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), providing clear instructions, communicating performance expectations, and potentially performing tasks in work areas. The supervisor will advise management on employee relations and escalated donor issues, facilitate donor movement with Group Leaders to minimize wait times, and ensure adequate staffing based on center needs. Responsibilities also include monitoring time cards, attendance, and overtime, conducting error investigations, developing process improvements, and participating in performance appraisals and corrective actions with management. The role may involve assisting with recruitment, ensuring compliance with company policies, developing marketing initiatives for donor retention, accurately recording donor data, understanding hyper-immune program policies, maintaining a clean work environment, and complying with HSE and OSHA policies. The supervisor will promote safety, maintain confidentiality, and be cross-trained in all technical areas. Bilingual skills may be required, and other duties as assigned.
