Center Store Manager - Evansville, IN
About The Position
The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The position also oversees inventory accuracy, compliance audits, invoice management, and regular vendor check-ins to support financial integrity, partnerships, and product availability. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Center Store Manager oversees center store activities, ensures daily tasks and safety processes are completed, and maintains timely service and maintenance ticket entry. The role manages inventory and daily bookwork with oversight, addresses guest concerns related to team member service, and steps in to lead when other store leaders are unavailable. The Center Store Manager also performs Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities
- Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
- Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
- Oversee center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager.
- Ensure daily task lists are completed.
- Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
- Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
- Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance and maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Manage invoices to maintain financial integrity.
- Conduct regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
- Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
- Step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
- Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
