About The Position
The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The manager oversees center store activities, inventory, daily bookwork, audits, invoices, vendor check-ins, and compliance, under the supervision of the Store Manager. This position is part of the store leadership team and may step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable. The role also requires proficiency in performing all Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities
- Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
- Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
- Oversee center store activities under the Store Manager’s supervision, ensuring daily task lists are completed, store walks and safety processes are followed, and service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
- Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins to support financial integrity, partnerships, and product availability.
- Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
- Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
- Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
- Prioritize tasks, drive performance, and accomplish goals in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
