About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working with and under the supervision of the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The position oversees center store activities, inventory counts, daily bookwork, audits, invoices, vendor check-ins, and compliance processes. The Center Store Manager also addresses guest concerns, supports the store leadership team, and performs Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Influence and lead operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager.
Ensure daily task lists are completed, store walks and safety processes are followed, and service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
Manage inventory, conduct accurate inventory counts and audits, and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Manage invoices to maintain financial integrity.
Conduct regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve on the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
