About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The manager is also accountable for inventory accuracy, compliance audits, invoice management, and regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and maintain product availability. Under the Store Manager’s supervision, the Center Store Manager oversees center store activities, manages inventory and daily bookwork, and helps address guest concerns. As part of the store leadership team, this role may lead when other leaders are unavailable and performs Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the Store Manager’s supervision.
Ensure daily task lists are completed.
Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins to support partnerships and product availability.
